Who we are

The car show is run by the Thornton le Dale Sports Association (TDSA). If you have a question about your details, email [email protected].

What we collect and why

When you book a car or a trader pitch we keep your name, email address, phone number and the details of your car or stall. We use them to manage your booking, match your payment, contact you about the show and check you in on the day.

We keep bookings from past years so returning entrants don’t have to type everything in again, and so we can see how the show has grown. We never sell your details or share them with anyone outside the show committee, apart from the email service that sends our emails.

We look up car details from your number plate using a vehicle data service. Only the number plate is sent.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Just email us.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep the booking form working while you fill it in. If you say yes on the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics to count how many people visit. You can change your mind at any time.
